Responsibilities:
1. Foreign Trade Business Development (Fine Chemicals, Pharmaceutical Intermediates, Pigment Dispersions): Participate in domestic and international trade shows and utilize social platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter to develop clients.
2. Maintain relationships with existing clients and suppliers; Develop new clients through LinkedIn, email marketing, and telephone sales; Establish contact with potential clients, build trust, and maintain good relationships.
3. Handle sample preparation and mailing; Follow up continuously, monitor customs clearance, and keep track of sample testing after the goods arrive.
4. Research competitive products and competitors in your market area; Fully understand the business habits of clients and the scale of the market.
5. After clients place orders, collaborate with the documentation department to complete the entire export process and monitor payments. After the order is completed, actively explore the client's next needs and other product requirements.
6. Improve the supplier system and periodically rate suppliers.
Requirements:
1. Over one year of experience in foreign trade sales, with chemical industry experience preferred;
2. Familiar with the entire foreign trade operation process;
3. Graduated from a full-time undergraduate institution or above; Proficient in English (CET-4 or above) with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
4. Proficient in using various office software and have good work habits: Serious attitude, efficient and timely, proactive;
5. Conscientious, responsible, strong stress resistance, cheerful personality, and excellent external communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up the whole process operation of export business;
2. The whole process of chemical documents and cabin booking operation;
3. Complete other work assigned by superior leaders;
Requirements:
1. Over two years of experience in foreign trade sales or documentary, with chemical industry experience preferred;
2. Familiar with the entire foreign trade operation process;
3. Graduated from a full-time undergraduate institution or above; Proficient in English (CET-4 or above), capable of handling English correspondence independently - majors in International Trade/Business English/Polymer Science are preferred.
4. Proficient in using various office software such as OFFICE, PHOTOSHOP and have good work habits: Serious attitude, efficient and timely, proactive;
5. Conscientious, responsible, strong stress resistance, cheerful personality, and excellent external communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on export sales, create and obtain signatures for contracts, and enter data into the ERP system;
2. Prepare booking and related documentation, and promptly reply to customers via email after confirming the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA);
3. Arrange for commodity inspection of goods; Coordinate and track the shipment of goods;
4. Handle and produce labels;
5. Prepare, review, and mail customer documentation;
6. Prepare and submit documents for Letter of Credit (LC) and Documents against Payment (DP) transactions;
7. Verify and settle logistics costs;
8. Issue invoicing instructions and submit tax refund documentation;
9. Manage the receipt, dispatch, and shipping of samples;
10. Oversee the management, tracking, and reporting of documentation work;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
