Application |
MRCAT DMCHA is as a catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam. It is a low viscosity medium amine catalyst for refrigerator rigid foam, plate, spraying, and on-site infusion of polyurethane rigid foam. The catalyst has a catalytic effect on both gel and foaming, and provides a more balanced catalytic performance for the foaming reaction and gel reaction of rigid foam. It has a stronger catalytic effect on the reaction of water and isocyanate (foaming reaction), and also has a moderate catalytic effect on the reaction of polyol and isocyanate. It is a strong initial catalyst for foam reaction. In addition to the hard foam, it can also be used as an auxiliary foaming agent for molding soft foam and semi-hard foam. In the combination of stable performance, adjustable, and can be stored for a long time. MRCAT DMCHA can be used as a separate catalyst, but is generally used in combination with other catalysts. Depending on the reaction rate and the physical properties of the foam, the amount of MRCAT DMCHA per 100 parts by mass of polyether polyol is between 0.5 and 3.5 parts by mass. MRCAT DMCHA can also be used as a stabilizer for fuel oil to prevent the formation of oil residue. It is a stable additive for petroleum fractions at 150-480 ℃. Raw materials for medicine and pesticides, as well as fungicides, disinfectants, leveling agents and antistatic agents. |
