Application |
MRCAT PMDETA is a highly active strong foaming polyurethane catalyst, which is also used to balance the overall foaming and gel reactions. It is widely used in all kinds of polyurethane rigid foam, including polyisocyanurate sheet rigid foam, can improve the foam fluidity, so it can improve the production process and improve the quality of products. MRCAT PMDETA can be used alone as a catalyst for polyurethane foam formulations or with other catalysts such as MRCAT DMCHA. When used alone as the rigid foam catalyst, the amount used ranges from 1.0 to 2.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the polyol. In addition to rigid foam formulations, MRCAT PMDETA can also be used in the production of polyether polyurethane soft block foams and molded foams. For example, 70% of MRCAT PMDETA is mainly used in the formulation of flexible foam products, which have high catalytic activity, fast foaming speed, high toughness and high bearing capacity. A preferable effect can be obtained by 0.1 to 0.5 parts by mass of the catalyst per 100 parts by mass of the polyether in the flexible foam. MRCAT PMDETA quaternary ammonium salt is a soft foam delay catalyst, which is used to extend the whitening time of foaming, suitable for complex shape foam products and box foaming process, improve the cell structure and improve the molding quality. Its own dosage range is quite wide, and the change of dosage has no obvious effect on the milky white time, but increasing the dosage can shorten the foam rise time and shorten the curing time. |
