SI8972
Product Introduction
SI8972 is a silicon-carbon bond non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant, which is widely used in the production of polyurethane foam building boards, especially for the production of multi-component polyurethane continuous boards. The silicone surfactant has strong nucleation performance and good fluidity of the foam system, which can significantly improve the surface quality of polyurethane board and the stability of foam products.

The production of polyurethane continuous sheet, providing high-quality dimensional stability;

● Improve the surface quality of polyurethane sheet, improve the compressive strength;
● Good storage stability with isocyanate;
● The recommended addition amount is about 1.5-3%, which needs to be adjusted accordingly based on the formula.

Transportation and Storage
-Non-dangerous goods, as general cargo transport.
-This product is water soluble, if spilled can be scrubbed with water.
-A shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture and under the condition that it is stored in factory-packed containers and protected against extreme weather conditions, particularly against heat and moisture.
