Product Introduction
SI89201 is a silicon-carbon bond non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant, widely used in the production of rigid polyurethane foam. The silicone surfactant has strong nucleation and fluidity, while providing very low thermal conductivity, effectively reducing surface defects of foam products, significantly improving the surface quality of foam products, especially suitable for refrigerator systems.
is suitable for pentane/HFC/HFO and its mixed foam system, providing excellent fluidity/surface properties/very low thermal conductivity.
Product Characteristics
● Used in the production of rigid polyurethane foam, especially suitable for home appliance systems;
● Provide fine cell structure, very low thermal conductivity;
● Provide excellent fluidity and uniform density distribution to improve surface defects;
● The recommended addition amount is about 2-4% of the weight of the combined white material, and the corresponding adjustment is required based on the formula.
