The product series is as follows:
Products |
Chemical Name |
CAS NO |
Application |
DBTL |
Dibutyltin Dilaurate |
77-58-7 |
1. As a heat stabilizer in the production of soft transparent PVC products, which can prevent sulfur pollution. 2.Acting as a catalyst for polyurethane, widely used in polyurethane foam, coatings, and adhesives. It promotes the rapid curing of one-component moisture-curing PU paint and two-component PU paint. 3. Moisture curing, promoting the rapid gelation of one-component silicone rubber and two-component mold rubber. 4. For the crosslinking condensation of silane-crosslinked polyethylene. |
MBTO |
Monobutyltin Oxide |
51590-67-1 |
1. Synthesis of saturated resins for powder coatings. 2. Synthesis of alkyd resins for paints. 3. Synthesis of polyester plasticizers. 4. Synthesis of unsaturated polyester resins. 5. Synthesis of other esterification products. |
MBTC |
Butyltin Trichloride |
1118-46-3 |
Used for hot-end spraying on glass enhancer. 99% content can be LOW-E glass coating, TCO photovoltaic glass coating, can also be used for beer bottles. |
TBTC |
Tributyltin Chloride |
1461-22-9 |
It has antiseptic, bactericidal, and antifungal properties. It is widely used in wood preservation and marine coatings, and is also widely used in the pharmaceutical industry as a pharmaceutical intermediate. |
MT28 |
Dibutyltin Acetylpyruvate |
22673-19-4 |
1. RTV Silicone Resin. 2. Polyurethane. 3. MS Modified Silane Structural Adhesive. 4. Other Silane Condensation Reactions. |
DBTO |
Dibutyltin Oxide |
818-08-6 |
1. Cathodic Electrophoretic Paint Catalyst. 2. Plastic Stabilizer Raw Materials. 3. Polyurethane Catalyst. 4. Organotin Intermediates. 5. Esterification Reaction Catalyst, used as a catalyst for sucralose and flocculant intermediates. |
DBTM |
Dibutyltin Maleate |
78-04-6 |
This product serves as a heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC), characterized by excellent heat resistance and transparency, free from sulfur pollution, and it particularly excels in long-term heat resistance, effectively preventing the yellowing of products during high-temperature processing. |
DBTA |
Dibutyltin Diacetate |
1067-33-0 |
This product is used as a catalyst for gel catalysts, primarily as a curing catalyst for room temperature silicone rubber, especially suitable for acetic acid-releasing organic silicone products. Its characteristic is that the catalytic speed is faster than that of dibutyltin dilaurate, and it can be used for polyurethane elastomers, spray rigid polyurethane foam plastics, and high resilience molded foams. To reduce its acetic acid odor, it can be used in combination with dibutyltin dilaurate, usually with a ratio of diacetoxydibutyltin to dibutyltin dilaurate of 1:9 or 2:8. The product should be immediately capped after use, as it is prone to hydrolysis when exposed to air, leading to the precipitation of solids at the bottle mouth. It can also be used as a catalyst for polyurethane coatings. |
MT57 |
Stannous Oxalate |
814-94-8 |
This product is used as a catalyst for esterification reactions, applied in the synthesis of pure polyester resins. It also serves as a catalyst for coal hydrogenation. |
MBTOC |
Butyltin Tris-2-ethylhexanoate |
23850-94-4 |
This product is used as a catalyst for the synthesis of pure polyester resins |
